Incubator

The Winston County Business and Industry (WCBI) incubator, located in the City of Louisville, is dedicated to assisting young and start-up companies in the Winston County region. The facility, which opened in the spring of 2002, accepts tenants involved in light manufacturing, research & development, personal and service related businesses.
Mission: The mission of the incubator is to increase the rate of small business successes by making it easier for such companies to prosper during the early stages of development.
Business: Entrepreneutrial assistance.
Size: The WCBI is a 17,800 square foot facility with flexible space for light manufacturing and service-oriented businesses. Office space is also available through our incubator system.
Ownership: The WCBI is owned and operated by the Winston County Economic Development District Partnership. 
Founded: The WCBI was founded in the spring of 2002 through the vision and dedication of local business and government leaders and community volunteers. 
Program & Services: Affordable space, shared office equipment, secretarial help, advisory services, resource advice, conference/meeting rooms, and business mentoring.
